Shady and crooked Lawyer violates labor law and Dodd Frank Act

This shady company refuses to comply with the law. The owner of the company is Harvey Kopelowitz, a so called attorney who practices shady business. There are many many instances where his employees walked out on him at the office with no notice. There are many instances where loan officers and managers quit because Harvey and the Resmac owners would not pay the employees wages and commissions. They simply have created excuses in order to steal from the people that worked hard for the company to be profitable. There are many instances where lending laws have been broken and violated and Resmac has been forced to refund and return monies to borrowers. This company is the last place you want to get a loan from. They are very small and have only one investor, Wells Fargo, who is dumb enough to buy their loans. They charge high fees and enforce ridiculous underwriting conditions because of their lack of experience.
