Bank of America took my home from me after receiving a transfer of the Note and Deed from American Home Mortgage (defunct) to Bank of America by MERS.
MERS is incapable as Nominee for a dissolved loan agent to transfer ownership of the Note, Security Deed or the Debt as they possess no beneficial interest in or express authority to do such a thing.
AHM has admitted in other litigation that they are aware that Promissory Notes on hundreds of thousands of loans are sitting somewhere in a warehouse the location of which they do not know.
The Fraudclosure Tsunami must be stopped.
