Late Payment Scam / India Call Centers / Absurd Fees

Good luck getting in touch with anyone you can understand. I was called and told my payment was late, however, I scheduled payment online days prior. OCWEN has their India call center running a scam, trying to get 19.50 to make a phone payment when you can make one online for free, but their website doesn't work properly and they don't admit that until you get hysterical like I did. I asked to be transferred to someone I could understand which was a failure. This company is deceitful. Watch your online payments, they aren't crediting them and perhaps this isn't just a "technical" issue.
