Bank of America (The Evil Empire) transfered the servicing of my mortgage loan to Ocwen.

Ocwen then went into my Chase bank account without any authorization from me and took money out for the next payment BEFORE I even knew that they existed. I can't imagine that this would even be possible or why B of A would not notify me that they had sold my note. No 'welcome letter' or payment coupon book was ever received from Ocwen.

The following month, I get a letter stating that I'm late and I owe them late fees and if i don't pay it there will be "adverse credit reporting". After an hour on the phone they said they would waive the late fee. Great, I thing. The next month I get another letter stating that I'm still late and I owe them. After another 45 minute call to one of the evil financial wizards in India, 'Greg' said they would waive the late fee (again).

I doubt this will happen again. I will probably get another letter from these pricks next month.

The Standard Operating Procedure here is: make it so difficult for the stupid, lazy Americans to fight our fraudulent charges that they will just give in and pay it.

Little do they know that they just peed in their own water bowl. I'm taking my business else where.
