Harassment phone calls

I've been receiving a lot of calls from Citi card #1-859-283-8074 it edges nuisance. They contact all-hours of night and day and holidays. I've attempted addressing the telephone but all we get is just a number of ticks after which whether chaotic indication or simply dead atmosphere. It's reached the purpose we disconnect our phone due to a lot of calls each day with nobody about the telephone. The least 5 calls evening. And we don't have a Citi Card. Listing of current contact record from my phone, between times and occasions we'd to disconnect our phone.

Jan, 3 8:08am, January 2 8:36 pm, 7:27 PM, 1:19 pm, December 30 2:55PM, 1:34 pm, 1:09 PM, 12:32 PM, 11:53 PM, Jan 29 3:17 PM, 2:40 PM, 2:23 PM, 12:57 PM, 12:12 pm, Dec-27,8:25 AM. I named the amount back January 2 and lastly bought an individual requested them to place notice on telephone documents not to contact my amount again, but still had a wakeup call at 8:08 AM, I actually do work evenings, therefore am looking to get some rest plus they wake me-up every single day, again without any individual about the collections.
