I was going through a tough time... Surgery, depression, menopause
and a husband whom was overwhelmed being that I took care of all
the finances. I was strapped and tired! So when we became behind financially my husband freaked out and decided that the best thing to do was refinance. Mind you I was going through things and felt like he's the husband let him handle it!

So in his journey of finding a mortgage company he was lured into the arms of a killer... Amerquest Mortgage! They made things look so bright at the end of the tunnel for him. He then sold their bull to me. I didn't want to be worried with it so I put it in his hands! BIG mistake!

I remember crying and yelling that they called too much pressuring us for information. I even yelled into the phone to the lady, "how can you sleep at night!" My husband thinking due to my health problems that i was just over reacting a bit and tried calming me down.

The next thing I know it is sell your soul to the devil time and signing was in order!

I made such a fuss about not feeling comfortable about what we were about to do... There are tear stains on the papers as I was about to sign. So the lady went out the room to return with another helper (of the devil) to calm me down and reassure me that it was a bandaid loan and will be the right thing to do to get our finances healed. I openly asked her if she felt that this was the best move for us? She said yes! As she stroked me on the shoulder to confort me! And again I asked her, "would you sell this loan to your own mother?" She replied once more with yes.

Well needless to say we signed!

To find hidden fees, no insurance on the home, no escrow, and constant harassment!

We are now paying about 300.00/month more than we were with our last company and with NO insurance!

We are always behind and find it so hard to catch up enough to even try to refinance again.

I don't know what to do... Sell it lose it or what!

Any help in directing us will be greatly appreaciate...
