Ripoff Dishonest Liers prey on your current situation

We refinanced with Ameriquest Mortgage a year and a half ago. We are trying to sell our home. And called ameriquest Mortgage for a payoff.

And we were very shocked to find out that we are stuck with a prepayment penalty for 3 years. When we were signing our papers on the loan at the Ocemos michigan office our loan rep. Chris all of a sudden got up and had to go take care of some other buisness and had another guy come in to fill in for him. And at that point we were miraculessy at the pre payment discussion.

It was late at night we had our baby with us witch was crying. This guy said he would would breifly explain everything to us so we could just sign the bottom and get home.

So me and my wife both asked how long is the prepayment penalty. His responce was "only one year".

So thinking this is a reputable company we just signed the papper and fell wright into their NICE SCAM they have going. And ouir original loan officer leaving the room was just a distraction to us it was very well planned.

WHAT A BUNCH OF SCUM BAGS. Their If this company offered to give you water on a hot day i wouldnt touch it.

They should be made to close their doors tehy have made very bad CARMA for themselves.
