I asked the bank president in Liberty, MO to do a onetime courtesy wave of my overdraft charge. He declined. He started reviewing my account and said, "you'd make a good Bank of America customer". What the heck does that mean? I told him to close my acct and send me my money. Their customer service was awful and they were completely rude!
