Vickie Roll requested refund as was required including photo of veh. 2/10, co said ck in mail, still no ck. Can't reach them now

In purchased extended warranty with the agreement that if not use it full refund would be returned. $2500. When applied for the refund filled out all the requested paper work plus photo of vehicle. Get phone call it was excepted and check is in the mail. Back in 2/10. Made phone calls said it was on its way. Than get another phone call said if I had any more questions please call a certain number, sorry don't recall that number. But tried several times, said out of business and to call another number which was just a recording. Can't reach them anymore. Same stories I have read on the internet of the other rip offs.
