Ripoff and credit report destroyers who force you into bad credit then finally let you have it easie

I opened my account last year with Chase credit. And surpisingly they approved me. Well when I first got the card I had to call them like 3 different times because my card got declined. Everytime they had to verify my information and it was a annoying, I asked one fo the reps while on my cell phone, Was I mistakenly approved for this credit card? They laughed and said no it was there computers. I didn't believe them but anyways I started paying on my account good and then I eneded up losing my employment. They never explained there payment protector plan that well. Collection reps deterred me away from using it.

So I finnally caught myself up and they are still saying that if I dont pay the deliqent amount they will force me to pay off the whole balance. So I got a debt consolidater and I am working with them to lower my riduclous interest. Because of them they have screwed my credit and they refuse to remove the authorized user who is my fience and she wants me to remove it but they wont let me until I am out of collections. I hate this bank.
