We Applied for a loan through this company to buy a property. Everything seem to go smoothly and we were told that everything "was good to go" and was in order and that we had our loan. They had even told our real estate agent the same thing. It came down to 2 business days before the closing and They called us and told us that they would not loan it to us unless we come up with 15 percent of the amount of the loan.

We already had give our notice to move and had no place to go as well as the people whom we were buying the property from had already had a place to go. Both of us were now out not only money we had already spent but we had no place to live. There was no way of coming up with that much money in that short of time.

Their excuse for changing it at the last minute was they couldn't find a home with in 5 miles that was of comparable value that had sold in the last month and that considered our city a rural area! They should not be allowed to change their mind after everything was all set. They ruined the lives of 2 families.
