Very poor ontact with customers

I settled my vehicle down in March for $590.42. Because my spouse died in Jan and that I was very troubled used to donot believe anything of it when Santander never delivered me an indication down on my name. I simply attempted to obtain my dishes restored plus they are still on my car-title and so I have attempted to phone and e-mail to get a week without any outcome! I keep obtaining a device also it informs me I owe them cash! Why wont somebody speak with me to describe this clutter?
