I looked over the letter carefully and realized that it appeared as if a mass-produced form-letter, and it'd a phony signature onto it.

The letter explained that Health Recoveries Inc. Required my insurance info, including my account identification number. They'd a toll-free amount outlined the notice stated I had been designed to contact.

The page appeared bad and so I did some online study. The company’s actual title isn't Health Recoveries Inc., it's Trevor Options and also the just Cheri Slope I came across works to get a completely different organization.
