Phoned my blocked # several times and sent me a spam mail to fix my nonexistent credit balance internet

This company has called my do not call registered phone several times soliciting business to clear up my "credit card balance". Since I do not have any such balance, I have ignored the messages.

Now they sent a letter referring to a catalog that they supposedly sent to me on 9/28, and telling me that I need to call them by 12/22 before my open enrollment opportunity expires. This is my "final notice".

The number I am to call is 800-500-9820 which is different than the number shown on their web site.

The letter indicates that I have an unpaid balance of $30,000 - $40,000 (not true) and that they can save me between $11,954.98 - $15,939.98 by renegociating my supposed debt
