I've requested mortgage loan modification but Harris Bank had refused my software because of low-income. The next thing actually annoyed me was when Jessica (the consultant of Harris) hung-up on me between the discussion. I called again, after which she created among her co worker to answer the telephone. I required him easily may talk to Jessica but he explained "she's about the telephone and we-don't understand how long she'll consider." He must have requested for my contact info but he did not. Peak of ridiculousness.
