Total Ripoff, Paid No service

JK Harris & Company is a total scam! Do not deal with these folks! Promised to help with my tax situation, got paid well over $2000.00 and have done nothing but ignore my calls and emails. No service rendered! Now I am is a lot worse situation with the IRS. Refuse refund or action when I try a phone other than my own (They screen callers to voicemail) so that they will answer. Tell ALL your friends! Do NOT truct the folks that work for this company! I don't know how they can sleep at night!
