I recieved an email as follows:

Your account with ACS, account 0073-7863, is in Final Collections. According to our records, your outstanding balance is $986.45.

The opportunity to take care of this voluntary is quickly coming to an end. We would hate for you to lose the option of resolving this before it goes to the next step, but to do so you must take immediate action.

1) I've never had a loan or other financial dealings with ACS
2) The email is coming from a gmail account
3) They do not address who this is for or offer any proof that this is my debt
4) This is purly a scam meant to scare and intimidate... I filed a chapter 7 BK 2 years ago and is was successfully discharged... The number they give to call back on does not even work... Scammers
