John Smith Rude, threatening, would not answer questions that I asked him

Called my work threatening me to my co-worker. Alarmed her and she called me right away. Told me that I owed money but could not tell me when the initial loan was taken out. They said that there was a judgement against me in the state of Florida and the judge has signed it. I told hime that I was not sending money to anyone without proof as to who they are. I said that I did not owe this money and I asked him "How do I know this is not a scam?" He kept talking over me and putting me on hold. He emailed me the "so-called" copy of the judgement against me and one of the things it says was that the govenment was going to put my social security benefits on hold and "my bank accounts would ceased by the Govt." They can't even spell seized correctly. If you could see all the errors in this so-called judgement they emailed me it. Its such a joke. What really makes me angry is that he does have a lot of my personal information and he called my work.
