Ripoff took $149.95 from my checking account

This company states that I applied for a credit card, which I did not. From their company and charged me a $149.95 "application" fee in which the representative told me well how else are we supposed to make money. Uh ya good answer.
Well she then stated she would reimburse my account within 3 business days which never happened. It's now a week later and my bank is no help. They say well they have your name so to us its a valid charge. They state I will have to be reimbursed by the company and they can not do anything about it. Urggg this is so frustrating. I need help!!!
