Mortgage Modification Scam

I sent in a request for a mortgage modification back in September due to a financial hardship. Since then they have sent me 5 packages in which were filled out with all required documentation and sent back via email and fax. They keep stating that I will have a telephone conference with an account manager which I never receive the call from when I call them they state that they had an incorrect phone number which is a bold faced lie.

They have my correct phone number as they call repetedly when they want their payments. It is now December and still nothing when I called today they told me to call in 3-4 days because they have no slots available to schedule a new appointment with an account manager. I am furious I need help and they are giving me the run around to get out of helping me. Please let me know if there is anyone I can contact regarding this issue as I need a resolution soon.
