Cancelled product but company are still deducting money from my account without my permission

I replied to some free trial offer to get a item on antiaging, the merchandise required greater than a month to become shipped after which discovered $84 - $93 monthly have been taken from my charge card without my agreement. I called and was handed a termination ref # and believed it had been terminated on 7th November but to my terror two more levels of $93 about the 6th and 7th of Dec have already been taken. I've required termination several period using the organization through their just deliver a problem type plus they still dismiss me. I can't manage to possess this cash removed each month and that I am not recieving any items, please support.
