Cancelled, still deducted from account

Requested test of hydroxatone, wasn't pleased with item. I called Bellezza Products, LLC.

Was told needed to watch for next delivery to stop. Was handed an address along with a quantity that had a need to continue the return address. Was advised to try postoffice and email return reciept required.

Item didn 't appear. Considered termination had occurred.in examining bank record it confirmed that another $69.95 was taken from my bill.

Again approached organization, described what had occurred. Was informed that I'd to come back item to be able to stop. I described I really could not return an item that used to do not obtain.
