Charged 107 dollars after two employees lie to me

About 5 years ago. I went to chase bank in oklahoma broken arrow. I had little money but did have 50 dollar check. I asked the teller if the deposit was immediate oh yes no problem. So i went to the store made a small purchase. A few days later 3 bounced checks. As it turns out the deposit went at 2.00 but the checks came in at 1,59. I of course told them to forget it. 5 years later after reporting me to the banking system and screwing me over. Another chase employee told me go a head open a chase account the statute of limitations has run. So i did. Sure eneogh they took 107 dollars. When i asked the girl who told me to go a head she acted alllost like i said that. A girl at wells fargo told me chase is known as chase your money away. That they are fee based and pull this stuff all the time. They are not interested in fairness just money. A poor way to treat your customers.
