Will take your money and not qualify you for a loan

I also did not listen to the bad reviews I read about this company because I thought they were just bitter folks that didn't qualify. This company will send an appraiser that will under-appraise your home and leave you out the $395 it cost for the appraisal. I hope I can stop someone from making the same mistake.
