Rip off wizard with crappy attitudes full of sheet

After ordering his no money down video series, I was told I would be billed in three monthly installments.

When they billed me for the fourth month, I called them and they were ugly and nasty about it as if it were my fault.

I hadn't even opened the package yet and for their attitude, I requested that I return the whole unopened series.

They said my 30 days were up, that I would need a return purchase order number and that I couldn't have one.

I told them if I would have known they were going to try to rip me off and their crappy attitude towards customers, I would have never bought the course.

I did contact my credit card company and they were able to get some of my money back, but Carlton Sheets had the gall to ask that all the charges not be credited because I had not returned to package.

What a bunch of LIARS. Needless to say, the package is still sitting in my living room floor unopened. I have to question on whether it even works. I'm sure the product is up to Carlton Sheets standards.
