Fraudulent access of personal credit report

I've had two demands for my Expeiran credit history 11/27, both demands as originating from me. I've NOT required an Experian credit history before today. The handle given for these demands is:

18500 Von Karman Ave, Suite 400

Irvine CA 92612 No telephone number was handed.

Our Chase Credit charge card also confirmed a cost from Experian on a single day, which caused me to look at my statement.
