Scam and lies

In my own credit history they're one product thats been onto it for 7 years plus one products thats been on there 18 years I understand this is not much to statement about however the credit agencies must do whats based on the regulation about credit history the customer regulation claims that material about the credit history should come down after 7 years my credit rating was 665 and reasonable and today it's just 582 and bad and that I just one factor on there which was 245.00 And That I owed that after my credit rating 665 and reasonable so there is Anything happening with my credit rating.
