Net spend Horrible fees and non refundable business

This is a pre paid card company that has horrible fees... Transaction fees of $2.00 everytime you use your debit card and a 50 cent phone charge fee to check your balance then if you only have $2.00 left on your card you can not use it because of the fees so it is non refundable according to the company representative. I would say one of the worst pre paid cards I have ever used and would never reccomend it to anyone unless you want to pay a boat load of fees and not recieve your money back because the company won't even issue a check to pay you back the remaining balance on you card.
