EOE Management ripoff told on the phone paid training in fact there is no paid training they tell you you get paid after training is complete

When i replied to the ad in the orlando sentinal i was told nothing more than an interview time. Went to the interview and my questions were still left unanswered. We sat for 2 hrs in a second interview and were told wonderful things about this company yet we didn't even know the name of it.

Things like free health insurance after 30 days also a basic dental plan after 30 days 2 week full paid vaction after 60 days and the co. Will pay 100%of any business related college class. Promised up 2 400 dollars per week of training. They told us not to listen to poor people they can't teach you to be rich. Promised a minimum salary of 30k. After our first day of training we were ased to sell to family and friends (ffaar)

The only way i found out about the name of the company was on the listings of perfumes. Customers are to make checks payable to cash.instead of to the company itself. Also told that they sell the product for 27 dollars but we give company 20 dollars of that, we pocket 7 dollars. Or we can charge 30,40, 50 whatever price and pocket all but 20 dollars. So we were being taught to cheat people.

Tosay may 10 was my first and last day of training. I am glad i decided to check it out.By the way this company calls itself EOE management. What a scam
