Ripoff First said that we owed them $1378.18 now another letter saying $1380 but will settle for $276.82 we will not pay cause we do not owe this bill

First we got a letter from them that we owed $1378.18. Wrote them and tried to call them. Got a voice mail. Then they called left a message that we were to call them. Tried again got a voice mail. They 5/7/04 we got a letter from them saying that we owe them $1380. But that they have maded amost generous settlement offer of $276.82. And if we do not take this offer then they will evaluate our credit history and present financial circumstances then proceed with an appropriate collection program. But we donot owe this or any other bill. And we have told them this. We contacked key bank but they werent that much of a help. I am not very happy with them now. We have did busian with them for years. And allways paid our bills never late. With payments. We will not pay theses people one cent.
