Harrasing and rude

BofA offered our next mortgage to Green Tree. We've IDEAL credit, but because of difficulties with their site, I wound-up composing them a check. On 05/17 my spouse obtained a phone, "Rachel" from Natural Tree. He described the check was shipped about the 10th where period she advised him to place an end cost about the check and spend them today by telephone. ($12 charge from their store, and $35 charge from my lender. I actually donot believe so) Humorous thing is our check removed our lender before midnight yesterday, so it'd to become together at that time of the phone call. She (Rachel) was only plain unpleasant and insulting to my spouse. Atleast we spend our mortgage. I'm going to be seeking to refinance because of Rachel.
