GMAC Mortgage Corporation foreclosing after not applying EFT transfers that were verified by bank twice, payment in full sent and accepted and then rejected after holding for 5 days. Very well documented. CEO David Applegate and multiple staff members contacted and given all information needed to resolve issue but no one has.
