GMAC has crossed over the line. It's time we fight together as a team and shut them down. I have been discriminated against for the last time. They are practicing unfair business ethics in Missouri and across the country.

Every chance GMAC gets they try and start a foreclosure on me. They also send our checks back and they try to get us to pay there attorney fees. This is now happening to us for the second time in 2 years.

GMAC will not cooperate with us while we are in the process of negotiating with a new mortgage lender. I am trying to get a payoff from them and they won't comply at all.

Does anyone out there know where an attorney is already involved with a class action lawsuit. We need a name and a phone number.
