Paid shipping costs for item never received and stubborn phone rep

I'm leaving a report because I never received what was promised to me over the phone 3 weeks ago approximately. All I was told to do was pay for shipping and I would receive an audio cd and a book of information that would point me in the right direction for "financial goals" and also the offer for a website subscription I could cancel within 30 days before I'm charged 60$ a month. So after a 25 minute phone conversation because the phone representative wouldn't stop talking and trying to convince me to stay I wanted to be sure she cancelled it rather than giving me the go around and it literally took me to have to get an attitude for her to stop and just cancel the subscription. What I was supposed to receive in the mail they said it should take me 10 days to receive it... I haven't received it and have been charged. The call rep told me it was shipped out but I've never had anything take 3 weeks to get to me... If I receive it I'll update my report but if I don't my disappointment in Laural Langemeier and her employees will continue. From my experience... Don't do business with her or call her number when she advertises on your local radio station because it's not worth it as I learned the hard way.
