Disputing charges on account

Somebody employed my card in a digital shop. I submitted a challenge with my CC organization plus they haven't assisted me by any means attempt to recover this income. I've submitted a closed/notorized statement, I submitted a police record which accountnow hasn't actually cooperated using the police department. I've completed anything needed of me but nonetheless no detective from accountnow has named me and that I have required a phone three times. Acountnow claims it requires quite a long time to reimbursement income due to credit. Accountnow has served me at-all or have they conveyed with me.
