They lied to the BBB about my case

I decided to their providers to get a $995 price on 7-3-09. After viewing all of the poor reviews on them I required a reimbursement on 7-5-09. They've lied tome about working diligently to obtain my cash back. They lied towards the BBB about my situation.in the beginning Francine Riale stated IT MIGHT occupy to 3 months to approach my reimbursement. Then it turned 90 business days, however they have turn off all connection with me weeks before. They took my income. BEWARE!!! I've numerous emails to back-up every term I've stated below.
