Standard life and casualty (of salt lake city, Utah)
Fradulent, mislead, misrepresented and lifetime riders/exclusions

Business & Finance

Upon initial submission of my application with SL&C, I was defrauded into believing i was purchasing a fully comprehensive Major medical policy which covered 100% of my medical expenses of a recent hospitalization. Furthermore, i was mislead to beleive that my total out of pocket expenses would be a maximum of $3500. Consequently or as a result I was required to follow up with my PCP (primary care physican) for diagnotics, lab work and various other scans including X-rays MRIs ect. Of which to my understanding were to be 100 covered by SL&C. Finally in regards to doctors, surgeons, assistant surgeons, radiologists, cardiologists, and various other physicians my bill 349,717.63 and they paid 14,666.00 leaving me in bankruptcy. Be aware of any agent and or represenative that attests to solicit for this copmpany (standard life and casualty of salt lake city Utah)
