Failure to meet commitment

American Express approached me to get a scam alert. After an hour or so about the telephone they stated they had a need to substitute my card. After three exchanges internally no body at Amex might surpass their guarantee of delivering me a card 24 hours later. Greatest they might do was two days-even though it had been an easy town and demand as well as their people accepted it had been possible. Despite touring for company and being truly a high-volume person, they might have cared less. The company may visit Credit today.
