IPayment Inc
Can't even be a 3rd world company

I had used PayPal for the last two years for receiving credit card payments. I thought I should switch to a real merchant credit card processor. We recently signed a contract with iPayment, Inc. Their service is nothing but a headache. It's ok to them if you are on the line for more than one hour to get hold of a risk management employee. They can arbitrarily put your fund on their reserve and lie to you that the funds were released after we provided the necessary documents and yet they didn't do it. They' re a liar. They didn't released even a transaction worth of $195.
We had to refund everything back to customers because we didn't receive the fund that iPayment supposedly released. Then they charged us a double fee for both receiving the funds from customer and returning it. I instructed our bank not to pay it.
Single thing you need to know about this company: If your money is on reserve and you need to speak to a risk management employee, start looking for another company. You can't get hold of risk management without waiting on the phone any less than 1 straight hour and your issue won't be fixed.
I am fed up with this company and their extremely poor customer service. A customer service employe hang up the phone when i was trying to explain to him and it looks like their employees can't handle a customer with problems on their account. The other bad thing that we did was to sign a contract with this company. We will cancel it and won't pay the early termination fee because of their business ethics that cannot exist even in a 3rd world country.
Please stand up to this company and use your rights under law if you're victim. They' re simply a legalized fraud company.
