Ripoff Contact FTC Scam

I am a pass victim from NCO when they collected on my school loans. I know the FTC has records on this company because I went through the FTC when they threaten me with the IRS and said they would have me investigated for Tax evasion.

I called the IRS and they said to call the FTC. What he said was against the law.

Go to the FTC and do a search under Capital Acquisitions. Same similar routine. FTC nailed them with a $300,000 fine, and they still are up to their illegal acts.

Also, check your credit. NCO and Capital Acquisitions both added their names to my credit reports. Look under the section where people who obtained your credit report. They illegally put their name in the section where other creditors will see their name and hopefully, for them, will be able to relay that you have a bad debt outstanding from x-amount of years ago. Well past the legal 7-years.

If you find this, file a report with the FTC and then call the Credit Reporting agencies and tell them what happened. They all removed it, but TransUnion gave me a hard time, but had to remove it because it wasn't initiated by me and what they were reporting was illegal.

Don't pay this, if it is over 3-years, and there is no judgment, it is unenforceable. With a judgment, the judgment is good for, I believe, 10-years and then has to be renewed.

School loans, on the other hand, have no limitations.
