I first met "Mr." Ramiro Guzman in when I was trying to purchase a home in Whittier. When the transaction was closed I asked for all my documents. I was given copies? Bad ones!

In 2006 I got a alert on my credit file that, as I found out, I was buying several different properties.

NOT. The credit reporting company told me that the information did not come from their database.

The only person that I had given my information to was Ramiro Guzman.in the only purchase my mother

Had also given her information to Guzman.

We soon found out that Guzman had illegally taken out a $50,000.00 mortgage against my mothers home.

How did I know this? I went to his office and confronted this little rat b*stard face to face!

He said "it was a mistake that someone in HIS mortgage office had used the information from my mother by mistake??!!

And the 3 properties that were in escrow, HIS, was a mistake also. I gave him 5 business days to correct it!

2 of the escrows closed. He began evading me. He told me he had been ripped off by a former partner.

I hired a private investigator. WOW, he was living in a huge mega mansion up in Hacienda Heights. Driving a range rover and had at the time over 80 properties in his portfolio.

My mother passed away in 2009. I am still fighting this. My health is very bad.

I have discovered as of now 23 persons whom he has ripped off.

We are starting a law suit and have gone to the attorney generals office.
