I got a credit from the merchant in the amount of $22.99; at the time that I got this credit my credit card balance was $0.00. Anyway, this credit comes on to my credit card, I call the bank of America and ask them if they can send me a check of $22.99 to make my balance on the card $0.00 instead of credit balance; they said that they will send the check to me!!!
I am still waiting for the check of $22.99; and now, every time I call in, they either say that they already mail the check out, or they act surprised, and have no idea what I am talking about!!!
The credit card company is Bank of America!!!
