Credit reporting agency This company ripped me off and will not issue a refund!

I had to look up my credit report for an assignment for personal finance. I signed up for the $1 trial for 7 days. Well you can't even get a hold of anyone to cancel this so called membership. They make sure that when you pay them your $1 they don't send you an email to confirm you have an account set up with them. When you try to call any of the numbers it's all automated and specifically says you will not be connected to a live customer service representative.

I found out they charged my account $17.95 and I tried to contact them with no luck. I ended up emailing them and they came back and said they were not issuing me a credit. So I called my bank and they said as soon as it finishes processing I can file a claim. You would think that you could trust a credit reporting agency. Not true! This place is a ripoff!
