Deceptive Business practices

I started a merchant account with charge.com after doing some research on the web about them. Unfortunately most of what you see in google glorifies them. But at the bottom of most pages I found out (too late) that they get paid for their services. So I signed up.

I have lost approximately 600 dollars in charges from this company and have been trying to cancel service with them for some time. I had a very hard time getting a account representative to call me back and would take days. When I asked to close the account they said I had to go to their website to the support section and fill out a contact form. The support area has no visible link on their site and was finally given a link via voice to a hidden form to fill out for a representative to contact me. Days later someone did contact me and told me I had to fill out a form with identification on it to cancel service. I did so and sent it back to this rep on Oct 26th. Now the other day I recieved a "change of rates" letter in the mail and today they have started taking 70 dollars out of my account.

I was never informed of other charges that would be deducted from my account (PCI?) and have almost put me out of business. I contacted chase bank over the phone and they refuse to close the account "on the grounds that I have let them have access to my business account" - Whatever that means. Seems because I let them take money from my account I cannot claim fraud? Is that right?

This charge.com is unbelieveable and is costing me ALOT of money that I need to run my business. Iam going to call chase bank again and try and claim fraud.
