Ripoff overly charge interest, purposely make it very hard to contact them so they can increase the penalty and bring my house to be in foreclosure

I refinanced my Home with a local company in Pettisville OH they inturned selling it to OWCEN Federal Bank without my acknowegement. At the same time I was begining to work in Minneapolis MN and did not get a chance to go back to OH for three months. That has caused me to be late on my morgate pay ment.

When I realized the changed of the Morgate company and wanted to pay them, to bring my payment up to date. They made it so difficult to contact them. It took me more than three days to be able to connect to them then a few more days later to be able to agree on payment which they said that the interest has accumilated more each day.

They purposely made it so hard to connect, many times the phone has nobody to answer, only the auto answering machine that keep cutting off the call They said that if I don't want the forclosure to happen I have to agree and pay every cost that they have added it up in to my loan. The amount that I have to pay monthly for them now has increased 35%. I may not be able to make it for long and soon they would probably forclose my house as they intent to do from the beginning.

Please help with any advise. I really want to take my loan to the other mortgage company that is more fair and treat customer with dignity.
