All American Title in Rusking Fl are a bunch of incompetent people who bake nice cookies! I will never agree to use their services again, but will go back for the cookies.

Who needs cookies when you buy or sell a house? Not us, we need a title company that can complete documents in a timely fashion, who don't have to correct documents multiple times, and who dispurse funds according to the HUD-1 Documents in a timely manner.

If you dont want your real estate agent to be paid, hire this company. They delayed payment to my Real Estate Agent by 11 days, even though they paid the Sellers Agent, and themselves the same day that the property closed.

They blamed the delay on paying my Real Estate agent on an incorrect closing document, but that did not stop them from paying all others involved with the transaction. They further misrepresented that they had already paid the property tax on the property we purchased, and just found out today that they won't pay it until the end of November.

Need a Good, Responsible and Competent Title Insurance company? Go somewhere else, If you want excuses, finger pointing, blame assigned to others, and good cookies, come to this title company.
