Was charged on phone bill the first month... Was told it was free! Then this is the second month and was charged again. Father told phone company to take it off!!! And so now the "privasafe e-mail svc monthly fee of 14.95 is once again on and now oan service fee for long distance credit of 30.41 is on and we don't have a clue of what that is.
