Unauthorized credit card charge

Nowadays, my Credit charge card bill continues to be fraudulently billed for $49.00 by some business calling itself NMX* Franklin Wealth. Efforts at calling them to credit the cost has proven ineffective. I am unsure where you can proceed from below. I don't need these criminals to obtain anything from me and need to know just how to start preventing them from doing this robbery on additional harmless people aswell.
