Subscription renewed without permission

A sensitive membership of possibly this past year was restored without my agreement. I simply discovered the cost of $49 on my charge card. I've protested the cost with my Credit card provider but there's no method that I will enter contact with and protest straight with NMX Franklin Wealth since their handle is (intentionally?) hidden and a lot of checking within the web didn't deliver any outcome.
