Refund runaround after True Credit signup shared with other entities

The company True Credit will get you to sign up and then they sell your information to their subsidiaries. After speaking to Mable, a supervisor in California, they agreed to refund $14.95 but insisted I must speak with these other entities for a refund.
I want to start a class action lawsuit. Anyone willing to join, please email (Personal Information Removed). This has to stop, and it will with me this month. As an advocate and activist, I do not want to see a senior or other vulnerable person adversely affected as I have been, or individuals who don't know what they are reading.
